12 week ‘prehab’ programs

Imagine what it might feel like to have shoulders or knees that no longer hurt when you rolled out of bed? What if you no longer had to worry about being “too loose” or “too tight”? What if you no longer had to waste time on “quick fixes” like foam rolling and yoga to temporarily curtail your pain because you had a comprehensive training system that accounted for all of the variables necessary to have a fully functioning, high-performing, pain free body?

I know your low back constantly hurts. I know your knees constantly make that awful cracking noise that would give a house built in the 1800’s with a wooden staircase a solid run for its money. That doesn’t have to be an option anymore.

The 12 Week Knee, Ankle, and Shoulder Specialization program are a 2 day a week, specialized lower and upper body programs designed to improve overall health, function, and strength. While this is NOT a replacement for rehab, many individuals have used our programs successfully to mitigate injury risk, and prevent chronic, reoccurring pain afterwards with an exceptionally high rate of success.

Each phase of these programs is broken down into 3, 4 week long training blocks, each building on the previous block. The training is designed to SUPPLEMENT and be done IN CONJUCTION with your CURRENT training routine, although you may need to lower your volume slightly to accommodate the increased training demand of certain body parts.
